Final sale Hemmed jeans cannot be returned or exchanged. Please allow a tolerance of up to 0.5″.
2) Processing & Delivery
Turnaround is 7–14 business days. Hemmed jeans are final sale.
3) In-Store Drop-Off
Bring N&F jeans to our Montréal store (any purchase origin). Jeans must be like-new or freshly washed. No mail-in hemming.

Customize Your Leather Patch
You can customize the leather patch on any pair of Naked & Famous Denim jeans or jean jackets. Select from a wide range of leather options and designs—from Suede and Natural Veg Tan to exotic leathers like Eel and Shell Cordovan.
Important Customized items are considered altered and are final sale. The original leather patch will be included with your shipment.
How To Request A Custom Leather Patch
Simply add the leather patch of choice to your order. You can browse the leather patch collection here – Custom Leather Patch Options.
Sewing
If you have a preference as to how the patch should be sewn on, please let us know in the order comments section when checking out. Either top and bottom, or all 4 sides.
If you make no mention, we will apply the patch the same way as the original jeans. If the leather patch is thick, we will sew on all 4 sides.
Note: For thicker leather patches such as Natural Veg Tan and Buffalo leather, we recommend sewing on all 4 sides for stability. Top and bottom sewing on thicker leathers will be done at your own risk.

Multiple Items
When ordering multiple items, leave a note in the order comments indicating which patch should be applied to which item. Ensure you add enough leather patches to your order to match the number of items you want customized.

Weird Guy – Left Hand Twill Selvedge + Tan Thick Bison
Easy Guy – Dirty Fade Selvedge + Sea Green Eel Skin
Denim Jacket – Solid Black Selvedge + Silver Holofoil
