Chain Stitch Hemming
We offer complimentary chain stitch hemming using our Union Special 43200G on denim purchased in-store or online from Naked & Famous Denim.
How to Request Hemming
- Add an eligible pair of jeans to your cart.
- Check “Request hemming” below the pair you would like altered.
- Select your desired finished inseam from the available options.
Available inseam lengths are based on the original inseam of each pair. If you do not require hemming, leave “Request hemming” unchecked.
Processing Time
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for hemming before your order ships.
Final Sale
Hemmed jeans are considered altered and are final sale. Please carefully confirm your selected inseam before checkout. The finished inseam may vary by up to 0.5".
In-Store Hemming
You may bring Naked & Famous Denim jeans to our Montréal store for hemming, regardless of where they were purchased. Jeans must be like-new or freshly washed.
Hemming is complimentary for jeans purchased directly from Naked & Famous Denim. Jeans purchased from another retailer are subject to a $25 hemming fee. We do not offer mail-in hemming.
Customize Your Leather Patch
Customize the leather patch on any pair of Naked & Famous Denim jeans or denim jacket. Options include Suede, Natural Veg Tan, Eel, Shell Cordovan, and more.
How It Works
- Add your garment and preferred leather patch to the same order.
- In the cart, select “Sew onto a cart item.”
- Use the “Attach to” selector to choose the garment receiving the patch.
- Select your preferred stitching option.

Sewn on 2 sides
Recommended for thicker leather
Thicker leather: For Natural Veg Tan, Buffalo, and other thicker leathers, we recommend sewing on all four sides for added stability.
Selecting top-and-bottom stitching for a thicker leather is at your own risk.
Final Sale
Items with a custom leather patch are considered altered and are final sale. The original leather patch will be included with your shipment.
Customizing Multiple Items?
Add one patch for each garment you would like customized. In the cart, use the “Attach to” selector for each patch to assign it to the correct item.
