Shipping policy

We ship worldwide primarily via FedEx.

Orders to PO Boxes ship via Canada Post.

Domestic Canadian shipments may also be sent through Canpar or Canada Post.

We are currently unable to ship to Russia.

Free shipping thresholds or promotions, when available, will be stated at checkout or in promotional materials.

Orders placed for in-store pickup will be ready within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation email and photo ID when collecting your order.

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, holidays excluded).
Hemming adds approximately 7–14 business days.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays may occur during peak seasons or major product releases. We’ll notify you promptly of any significant delay.

If delivery is unsuccessful, we’ll contact the receiver to arrange a re-delivery.

Common reasons include an incorrect address or refusal to pay duties/taxes.

Abandoned packages are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
Returned packages will incur a deduction from store credit equal to the return shipping cost (international returns can be substantial).
Standard shipping rates apply to reshipments.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Sezzle (split payments).

Additional identity verification may be required for some transactions.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary.

Canada

Applicable taxes apply.
Import duties and brokerage fees for deliveries within Canada are covered by Naked & Famous Denim.

United States

Canadian-made goods ship duty- and tariff-free to the USA.
No sales tax applies, except for orders placed through Shop App, which collects applicable state taxes.
Goods made outside Canada may be subject to US import taxes or tariffs.

European Union

Under the Canada-EU Free Trade Agreement, Canadian-made products ship duty-free to the EU (excluding Japan-made fabrics).
EU orders remain subject to local VAT and courier administrative fees.

International (outside USA & EU)

The receiver is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Please check your local customs regulations for details.

If your package is lost or damaged, contact info@nakedandfamousdenim.com immediately.

Include your order number, tracking number, a short description, and photos (if available).

We’ll investigate with the carrier and assist as quickly as possible.
